Which Vivier Vitamin C serum is right for my skin type?

While every adult should be using a concentrated and medical grade Vitamin C serum every day to maintain healthy and glowing skin, it can be overwhelming to figure out WHICH serum is best for you. We’ve done the research so you don’t have to.

Sensitive Skin – “Products tend to sting my face or turn me red and/or flakey”

Vivier Serum 10

PATENTED L-ASCORBIC ACID USP 10%

For all skin types, but especially ideal for sensitive skin. Also a great option for first time serum users. Lightweight, oil-free serum that is easily absorbed and leaves the skin feeling fresh and protected.

Dry/Aging – “I’m dry and I’d like to treat the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles”

Vivier C E PEPTIDES

PATENTED L-ASCORBIC ACID USP 10%,  VITAMIN E AND PEPTIDES

Our top-selling product with a cult following. For all skin types especially dry, photodamaged mature skin. A gold-standard serum that will protect, correct, and nourish dry, damaged skin. This revolutionary product helps to restore a radiant complexion while improving skin tone, texture, and irritation.

Combination – “I’m oily in some areas, and dry in others; I’m also concerned with fine lines and wrinkles”

Vivier Kine-C

PATENTED L-ASCORBIC ACID USP 10%  AND PEPTIDES

All skin types, especially normal, combination skin, looking to address the signs of aging. This targeted serum helps diminish the appearance of signs of environmental damage and provides peptides for additional anti-aging benefits.

Thin, Mature Skin – “I’d like to address lines, wrinkles and thinning skin; My skin has a “tissue paper” look and feel to it”

Vivier GrenzCine Serum

PATENTED L-ASCORBIC ACID USP 10%  AND POLYAMINES

A serum unlike anything else on the market. Designed for mature, thin skin with deeper wrinkles and loss of volume. This product increases firmness, volume, luminosity, and hydration while also diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Addresses every layer of our skin for dramatic results.

Pigmentation - “I have some uneven tone and dark spots but they are lighter in color and look like freckles; I want brightening”

Vivier Radiance Serum

PATENTED L-ASCORBIC ACID USP 8%, ARBUTIN AND RESORCINOL

For all skin types, especially mildly hyperpigmented and/or oily skin. Three tyrosinase inhibitors working in synergy to brighten and even skin tone. A non-hydroquinone brightening option for improvement in the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone. Gently exfoliates to help smooth skin texture.

Pigmentation – “I have uneven tone, and brown spots that are large and/or significantly darker than the rest of my skin tone; I want lightening”

Vivier Advanced Skin Lightening Serum

PATENTED HYDROQUINONE USP 2% WITH L-ASCORBIC ACID USP

All skin types especially moderate to severe hyperpigmented skin. Powerful skin lightening and anti-aging ingredients. The most effective way to diminish dark spots and brighten the skin.

*When it comes to treating hyperpigmentation, a multi-product approach is the most effective as lightening and brightening dark sports requires a number of active ingredients. Check out Vivier Hyperpigmentation Program (Non-HQ) for mild pigmentation concerns or Vivier Hyperpigmentation Program (2% HQ) for more severe pigmentation concerns.

How and when to use Vitamin C?

Vitamin C serums may be applied once or twice daily. If you’re using it once per day, opt for the morning. Vitamin C applied in the morning will actively fight free-radical damage throughout the day – it can even work as a secondary protector against sun damage. (Don’t skip the sunscreen, Vitamin C won’t protect you from burning, rather it fights what damage may be happening to your cells upon sun exposure.) Apply your serum after cleansing and toning but before moisturizers, creams, and SPF. Just 2-3 drops for your face and another 2 drops for your neck and decolletage will suffice. Pat or gently press the product into your skin until it has fully absorbed.

Until next time!

Stay safe, stay healthy.
